How to dress: We plan to be outside. Please dress appropriately, including sturdy closed-toe shoes with socks and a hat for sun protection. We are likely to get dirty.
Lunches, water, and snacks: No food or beverages will be provided. We will break for lunch at mid-day and for a snack when the girls seem to need one. In a day pack, please include a reusable water bottle; refills will be available onsite. Pack a lunch and snacks that do not need refrigeration; or use a small cooler with ice packs. Label pack, water bottle, and lunch with your child's first and last names.
Registration
Registration will be accepted until camp is full, or June 15.
Payment in full is expected at the time of registration.
Cancellation by Daisy, Brownie, or Junior Girl Scouts on or before June 29 will result in a partial refund ($70). No refunds will be issued after June 29.
No refunds for cancellation from the Leadership/Service Program.
PLEASE NOTE: as a courtesy to the volunteers running the camp and to the girls on the waiting list, notify us of all cancellations, even after the refund date.
Step 1 of the registration process will ask you to create an account on Camp Network, our online registration partner. Step 2 will ask for a camper's first and last names and a contact email. The contact email should be the email of the person who will receive information about the registration and any other communications from the camp. You will also need:
Name, address, email, and phone number of parent/guardian
Names and phone numbers of two additional emergency contacts
Names of adults permitted to pick up your child at the end of the day. (We will ask for ID.)
(Health forms will be required - logistics are being worked out. We will contact you.) Many doctors can easily print a "camp" form from your child's health record that includes all necessary information. This can be scanned or photographed (make sure it is clear and legible!) and uploaded during registration.
